Telecom Foundation is working under the administrative control of Federal Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, Pakistan. Federal Secretary officiates as Chairman of Board of Governors of Telecom Foundation. The Foundation is established for the welfare of retired/ serving employees and their families; who are working in the entities under the Federal Ministry.
Key Result Area:
 There are 17 Schools, Colleges, Industrial Welfare Home, Technical Training Centres in different cities of Pakistan under my administration.
 Performing administration and management of 17 Principals, Headmistress, Teachers and Supporting Staff of Schools, Colleges, Industrial Welfare Home and Technical Training Centres.
 Decreased subsidized amount and increased revenue by implementing different strategies.
 Developed and implemented Academic Calendar and monitored that all educational and social activities are followed accordingly.
 Constituted and chaired the committee to update and revise Curriculum of .different classes.
 Prepared annual budget for education department and for all institutes.
 Conducted different programs of capacity building for staff.
 Maintenance of buildings, supply of furniture and all other related items in all Schools, Colleges, Industrial Welfare Home, Technical Training Centres as per their requirements.
 Drafted tenders for new construction and supplies as per requirements and issue work orders against acceptance of quotations and tenders.
 Shouldered welfare committee as chairman; constituted by the competent authority to disburse cash amount/ stipends to students through the country for many years.
 Delivered presentations before competent authority upon different issues.
 Ready to perform any other assignment from the competent authority.

 Define and analyze problems through reports, consultations, meetings etc.
 Deliver presentations to the management to solve problems.
 Headed the development team, make and train the team.

 Designed and developed many computer software programmes for Government, Public and private sectors like Lahore Security Plan and Police Prosecution System for Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore and Complain Monitoring System for Assistant Commissioner Office, Lahore Cantt etc.

 Served as Lecturer of Computer & Science Subjects and also developed curricula for different computer courses; also organized social events and educational seminars.

 Developed different computer software programmes.

  Provided client support services and Electronic data processing.

 Attended the Basic Computer Programming course at Army Infantry School, Army Staff and Command College, Quetta, Pakistan.
 Developed Computer Laboratory, installed personal computers and developed guidelines for use and acquisition to ensure best use of resources.
